Return Requests

Please contact customer support within 30 days after delivery before returning an item. The item should be unused, complete, and in its original packaging unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please include your order number when contacting us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@jiestartoys.com promptly and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may arrange replacement parts, a replacement product, a return, a partial refund, or a full refund.

Return Shipping
