Guangdong Jiexing Toys Industrial Co., Ltd. is responsible for the JIESTAR brand, product development, manufacturing, and supply. The Hong Kong company is authorized to operate the international website and sales channel and handles eligible retail orders, payments, customer support, returns, and refunds.
